Meet Connor Davin — Founder, Davin Construction

As a native Coloradoan from Fort Collins, I have a deep appreciation for this state and truly value the opportunity to work alongside clients in creating homes that reflect the way they live. Building in Colorado means understanding the land, the lifestyle, and the level of care it takes to bring a vision to life.

My passion for building started long before I launched my own company. From a young age, I spent my summers traveling between Fort Collins and Wyoming, working with my family on a large-scale land development project. Those early years gave me hands-on experience in surveying, drilling wells, and bringing utilities to future home sites, which built a foundation that has stayed with me ever since.

Later, through hands-on work across a wide range of trades in my twenties, I developed a deeper understanding of how quality homes come together from the ground up. That path led me naturally into custom home building, where I found the right blend of craftsmanship, problem-solving, and client collaboration.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve had over the years. They’ve shaped me into a builder and general contractor who can navigate complex projects, solve problems efficiently, and communicate well with both clients and subcontractors throughout the process.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my amazing wife, Megan, our daughter, Rory, and our son, Brooks. In the summer, you’ll usually find me on a golf course. In the fall and winter, I enjoy hunting waterfowl and chasing big game across Colorado whenever I get the chance.
